Start with the right question
When everything feels important, it’s easy to spend another week fixing the wrong thing. We start by finding the constraint.
We look at your offer, your pricing, and how people find and buy from you. Where is the process breaking down?
We look at the work, the people, and the processes behind each sale. What would need to change for you to deliver more reliably?
Then we follow the numbers and the details. More sales should move you toward a healthier business—and the goals you actually care about.
Private business coaching
I stay involved as you put the work into practice. We learn from what happens and decide what comes next.
Two months to start. $2,000 total, billed monthly.
Continue month to month by mutual agreement.
A two-hour kickoff
We get into your business, your numbers, what you want, and what you’ve already tried. Together, we identify the constraint worth working on first.
Weekly private one-on-ones
What did you try? What happened? What comes next? We work through decisions, adjust the plan, and end with a clear commitment you can act on.
Support between sessions
Send the question, the screenshot, or the idea. Our private client space in Skool keeps feedback and progress in one place, so you can keep moving between calls.
A shared plan and useful resources
You’ll have a living action plan and access to a growing library of practical lessons. We use our time together to apply the ideas to your business.
I’m Travis, founder of Everlore Hollow. I’m working through the same kinds of decisions we’ll discuss: getting customers, improving production, hiring, and making room for the work that moves the business forward.
I’ve also built a retail café and worked in marketing at SVT Robotics. Those experiences shape how I look at a business: the offer, the customer, the numbers, and the work all affect each other.
What I enjoy most is the follow-through. You make a decision, try it, and come back with something real we can work on together.
Who this is for
You’ll do the work. I’ll help you think it through, stay focused, and adjust as you learn.
Before you apply
This is for owners with paying customers who want help making decisions and following through. My hands-on experience is in e-commerce, retail, a café, and marketing at a SaaS startup. I’ll review your situation before accepting you and be direct about whether I can help.
You send a short application. I review it and ask any follow-up questions by email. If we’re a fit, I send the agreement and payment link. There’s no sales call required. Our first meeting is the working session where we begin.
Coaching is $1,000 per month with an initial two-month commitment ($2,000 total, billed monthly). The two-hour kickoff is our first week’s session; weekly one-on-ones follow. After the first two months, we can continue month to month by mutual agreement.
You run the business and implement the work. I help you diagnose problems, evaluate decisions, and stay focused. Building your website, running your ads, and managing your team are outside the coaching engagement.
The heart of this is private, one-on-one coaching with me. The client-only Skool space is an additional place for conversation, shared questions, and resources. Your detailed business discussions can stay in our private sessions.
We’ll agree on a goal, practical actions, and how to measure progress. Revenue and profit outcomes depend on your business, the market, and execution, so I don’t guarantee a particular financial result.
The next step
A few details help me understand whether I’m the right person to help. I review applications personally and follow up by email.
No sales call required.
Our first meeting is a working session.
